Ingredients
- 16 ounces of pasta (your choosing)
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 heaping tablespoons of crushed garlic
- 3 cups of heavy cream
- 2 pounds of cooked Jumbo Shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails off & cut in half)
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 teaspoons of freshly minced parsley (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Prep the shrimp as described in the Ingredients list.
2. Cook pasta per instructions on package or personal preference.
3. In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat with the garlic.
4. Stir cream into the melted butter.
5. Bring to a gentle boil; Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered for 3 minutes. Stirring constantly.
6. Add shrimp, cheese and pepper; cook and stir until heated through. About 3 minutes.
7. Drain cooked pasta.
8. Mix pasta and shrimp mixture in a large pot or bowl.
9. Sprinkle with parsley (optional)
