Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 c (3 quarts) mayo
  • 3 T (3/4 c) lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp (2T) Lowry's Seasoning Salt
  • 3/4 tsp (1T) black pepper
  • 1 1/2 c or 1/2 lbs (1 1/2 quarts) roasted slivered almonds
  • 1 1/2 c (1 1/2 quarts) pineapple tidbits
  • 6 c (1 1/2 gallons) diced celery
  • 5 lbs (20 lbs) 1/2" chunks cooked chicken

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well and refrigerate for 12 hours.
