Ingredients
- 5 about 5 c. sliced strawberries {approximately 32 oz.}
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. finely minced lemon zest
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. old-fashioned oats
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Place sliced strawberries in a large bowl, set aside. Whisk together cornstarch and sugar; sprinkle over berries and toss together. Add lemon juice and lemon zest; toss together.
Place in a 9x13” baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add melted butter and toss until well combined {mixture should be lumpy and bumpy … don’t mash it together to make it smooth}. Sprinkle topping evenly over blueberries.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until berries are bubbling vigorously along the edges and topping is golden brown.
Serve warm or cold, topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
