Ingredients
- 2 t butter or margarine
- 1/4 c seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz. shredded Great Value Swiss cheese (1 c)
- 2 eggs
- 2 T dry sherry or milk
- 1 c flaked cooked crabmeat (about 6 oz)
- 1 T chopped chives or green onion

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease bottom and 1" up sides of a 9" springform or tart pan with removable bottom with butter. Coat pan with bread crumbs.
2. In a mixer bowl or food processor beat together cream cheese, swiss cheese and eggs just until smooth. Gradually beat in sherry/milk. Fold in crabmeat and chives. Carefully spread in prepared pan.
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until center is nearly set. Cool 10 minutes, loosen sides of pan. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours.
