Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb shrimp marinated overnight in tamari sauce
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c snow peas
  • 1 can bamboo shoots
  • 4 blk mushrooms, soaked/sliced
  • 2 green onion, chopped
  • handful of bean sprouts
  • water chestnuts
  • 2 T sesame oil
  • 2 T vegetable oil

Step 1

Add sesame and vegetable oils. Add all vegetables and stir. Add shrimp, cook about three minutes
