Ingredients
- 1/2 lb shrimp marinated overnight in tamari sauce
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c snow peas
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- 4 blk mushrooms, soaked/sliced
- 2 green onion, chopped
- handful of bean sprouts
- water chestnuts
- 2 T sesame oil
- 2 T vegetable oil

Step 1
Add sesame and vegetable oils. Add all vegetables and stir. Add shrimp, cook about three minutes
