Oatmeal banana breakfast pizza

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 banana

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl mix oatmeal, milk, egg, sugar and baking powder. Stir till well blended. Break banana in manageable pieces and mash in oatmeal mixture. Stir.

Place mixture in a 9" round greased baking pan. Top with more banana slices, if desired. Bake at 220 for 20 minutes.

Top with honey, syrup or your favorite fruit!
