Ingredients

  • 1 can 2-1/2 cup whole corn, drained
  • 1 can 1-1/2 cup cream style corn
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sour cream or 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped red or green pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well.

Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove from oven - sprinkle the cheese on top and return to oven and bake 20 more minutes.
