Ingredients
- 2 cups baking mix
- 1 cup finely shredded colby jack cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon dried chives

Step 1
Combine baking mix, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and cheese. Stir in milk, as little at a time to form a dough forms. Spray a small ice cream scoop with cooking spray. Scoop the dough onto a lightly greased baking shee. Wet your fingers and gently press down just a tad. Bake in 375 oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown.
Combine the butter and chives and a pinch of garlic powder. Brush biscuits with butter when removed from oven.
