Ingredients

  • 1 large can Del Monte peach halves (or 2 cans!)
  • dab of butter
  • dab of brown sugar
  • dash of cinnamon
  • lemon juice
  • cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Put cavity of peach half side up in baking dish. Cover with 1/2 c peach syrup Dab a little butter on each. Put on dab of brown sugar and dash of cinnamon. Squeeze lemon juice over.
Bake 350 for 1 hour, uncovered. May top with whipped cream (Cool Whip) if used as a dessert.
