"I had it as a salad. Rog and I each ate three halves."
- 1 large can Del Monte peach halves (or 2 cans!)
- dab of butter
- dab of brown sugar
- dash of cinnamon
- lemon juice
- cool whip
Put cavity of peach half side up in baking dish. Cover with 1/2 c peach syrup Dab a little butter on each. Put on dab of brown sugar and dash of cinnamon. Squeeze lemon juice over.
Bake 350 for 1 hour, uncovered. May top with whipped cream (Cool Whip) if used as a dessert.
