Ingredients

  • 1 cup Clams, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Clam Juice
  • 1 cup Reduced-fat Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Reduced-fat Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Low-sodium Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, clam juice, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Beat ingredients until smooth. Mix in clams, garlic, parsley and ground pepper.

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve chilled.
