An all purpose GF blend that does not contain Xanthan gum

  • MAKES 6 CUPS
  • 2 cups brown rice flour
  • 2 cups white rice flour
  • 1 1/3 cups potato starch (not potato flour)
  • 2/3 cup tapioca starch/flour

Preparation

Step 1


Mix ingredients together. Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator until used.
