Tacos and Sauce

Helen's recipe, notation "...or use a taco sauce you like" as backside of recipe is for Tacos

Ingredients

• Sauce:
• 3 T butter
• 1 1/2 T flour
• 1/2 c water
• 2 T chili powder
• 1/2 t oregano
• 1/2 t cumin
• 1 t salt
• dash of tabasco
• 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
• Tacos:
• 2 lb hamburger
• 1 large chopped onion
• 1/2 t garlic powder
• 2 t salt
• 1/2 t pepper
• 2 t chili powder
• 2 t cumin
