Pumpkin Oatmeal toddler cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/4 c oats
- 1 c butter
- 3/4 c dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c Pumpkin puree
- 1 c raisins (optional)

Step 1
1 heat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment paper
2. whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
3. mix oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins in a separate medium bowl.
4. In another bowl beat butter and sugar with mixer, until smooth.
5. add flour mixture until fully mixed. Finally add oat mixture until evenly mixed. Don't over mix.
6. using a spoon or cookie scoop, roll balls of dough and place on prepared baking sheets.
7. bake for 15-18 min. the centers of the cookies may still be soft.
8. Cook cookies on wire rack and enjoy
