Ingredients

    cups mixed salad greens torn in bite-size pieces

  • 1

    can (4.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained

  • 1

    hard cooked egg, sliced

  • 1

    small green pepper, cut into 1/4-inch rings (about 7 rings)

  • 1

    small tomato, cut into 6 wedges

  • 1/4

    cup pitted ripe black olives

  • 1/4

    cup Thousand Island dressingor Italian herb dressing

Directions

Arrange the salad greens, chicken, egg, pepper, tomato and olives on 2 plates. Spoon the dressing over the top. Garnish with sliced red onion, if desired.
