- 1 hard cooked egg, sliced
- 1 small green pepper, cut into 1/4-inch rings (about 7 rings)
- 1 small tomato, cut into 6 wedges
- 1/4 cup pitted ripe black olives
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressingor Italian herb dressing
