Curry Crab Sandwiches

Helen's recipe. Note "by sandwich rolls, picture looked like French rolls. I used hamburger buns because I had some."



Mix together: crab, mayonnaise, celery, onion, mustard, salt, curry and pepper. On four split sandwich rolls, spread 1/2 c crab mixture on bottom of each roll. Take cheddar cheese and sprinkle some (1/4 c) on each roll. Spread butter on cut side of roll tops. Broil both halves 4" from heat for 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted and crab mixture is bubbly
