Ingredients
- 9 eggs
- 3/4 t salt
- 2 5/8 c sugar
- 1 1/2 pt cream
- 4 1/2 t vanilla
- milk
- unsweet chocolate if want chocolate ice cream, NOT Hershey's

Step 1
Beat eggs and salt together until eggs turn light in color. Slowly add sugar and continue beating until mixture is consistency of whipped cream (10-15 minutes). Blend in cream and vanilla. Fill ice cream maker with milk to second 'ear' on freezer paddle. Add unsweet chocolate, if desiring chocolate ice cream, NOT Hershey's.
