Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all filling ingredients with electric mixer; beat at medium speed until well blended and smooth.
2. Preheat oven to 350 F.
3. Place 2 sheets of phyllo pastry on board; brush with melted butter. Cut lengthwise into strips about 2 inches wide.
4. Place 1 tsp. filling at end of a strip. Fold over one corner to the opposite side, to make a triangle. Continue folding, keeping triangle shape, to the other end of the strip. Arrange the filled triangle on an ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining strips.
5. Repeat with other pastry sheets.
6. Bake 20 minutes, or until deep golden brown. Serve hot.
Note: If desired, make and bake ahead. Cool; then refriegerate, covered, overnight. To serve: Arrange on cookie sheet; bake in 350 F oven for about 10 minutes, or until heated.
