Ingredients

Mix:
1/3 c barbecue sauce
1/2 c soy sauce
1/4 c Wesson oil
1/4 c white wine
1/2 t garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Prick meat. Marinate 4 hours or more (or overnight)
Grill 20 minutes, Turn over after 10 minutes

Follow same recipe for tri-tip steaks. Could half recipe for a few steaks.
Before marinade poured on, poke steak with fork a few times. Steaks only take a few minutes
