Ingredients
- 20 button mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 8- oz. block cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. Cheddar, shredded
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 jalapeño, minced (seeded if you prefer less heat)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Chopped fresh chives, for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeño, and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
Stuff mushrooms with mixture and transfer to a baking dish or sheet.
Bake until mushrooms are cooked and mixture warmed through, 25 minutes.
Garnish with chives.
