Ingredients
- 2 large cans of park & beans (I think about 42 oz. total)
- > 1 can kidney beans, drained & rinsed
- > 1 can butter beans (goya)
- > 3/4 lb. bacon, cut up
- > 3 Medium onions
- > 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- > 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- > 1/2 tsp. Cider vinegar
- > 1/4 cup ketchup
Preparation
Step 1
sauté bacon & onions until bacon starts to cook (I like to almost Carmelize the onions)
> Add in rest of ingredients

> Preheat oven to 350. Cook, 60 minutes until bubbly
