Directions

crust mix all dry ingredients add in butter until crumble mix in egg only enough to form dough refrigerate 1 hour bake 325 for 15 min covered pie pan then 5-10 to brown crust pastry cream in saucepan dissolve sugar in cream in bowl add egg & flour in saucepan add all ingredients & heat to thicken chill in fridge for 1-2 hours
