- 1 lg can pears
- 1 3oz lemon jello
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 1 c nuts, if desired
Drain pears, reserve juice. (6 pts) Dissolve jello (4 pts) in 1 c pear juice brought to boil. Cool. Add pears and cream cheese (16 pts) that has been mixed in blender Add nuts if desired.
If doubled, she put in 9 x 13 casserole. Refrigerate.
If not doubled, put in a 4 1/2 x 7 1/2 casserole. Get beautiful for Toby while it is chilling, Don't forget to eat:-)
