Ground Beef Chow Mein

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 t ginger
  • 3/4 oz (1 pkg) brown gravy mix
  • 2 c. (1 lb can) chow mein vegetables, not drained
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 c sliced celery


Servings 5


Step 1

In 2 qt casserole, crumble ground beef. Stir in mushrooms, ginger and soy sauce. Sprinkle with gravy mix. Cook, covered 4 minutes. Stir in onion, vegetables and celery. Cook, covered, 6 more minutes, stirring occasionally. serve with rice or chow mein noodles
