- 1 whole broiler-fryer chicken, skin removed
- 6 T chili sauce
- 4 T low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 t spicy brown mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil and mustard in small bowl. Place chicken in baking pan and brush sauce generously on all surfaces. Roast in preheated 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until leg moves freely when lifted or twisted. Baste with sauce twice during roasting
