Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 T flour
  • 8 oz cottage cheese
  • 2 10 oz frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
  • 4 oz grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 t grated horseradish
  • salt and garlic salt (a little)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix eggs well, add cottage cheese, flour, salts, horseradish. Mix in broccoli, put in greased casserole, top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350
