Spicy Asian Wings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbl ketchup
  • 2 Tbl brown sugar
  • 2 Tbl Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp finely grated peeled ginger
  • 1 tsp finely grated garlic

Preparation

Step 1

In a small saucepan, mix all ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook 2 minutes, stirring to keep it from burning. Makes 4 servings.

Oil and season chicken wings as directed in Master recipe. Bake as directed. When wings are tender and crispy, remove from the oven. Place half the Spicy Asian sauce in a large bowl, add the wings and toss to coat. Spread any remaining sauce from the bowl over the wings. Return to rack as directed and bake 10 more minutes, until browned and glazed. Put the remaining Spicy Asian sauce in a small bowl and serve with the wings.
