Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1 apples (sliced)
  • 2 cups butternut squash (diced)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1. Mix together: brown sugar, chili & garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper in a bowl.

2. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the pork chops, coating well.

3. Heat a skillet and sear both sides of the pork chops for 2-3 minutes.

4. Transfer back to skillet and add minced garlic to the top and bake for 20 minutes. Or meat thermometer reads 140-145 degrees.
