Ingredients

  • 6 oz. thin spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small can whole kernal corn
  • 1 package taco seasonings
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded colby jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package directions.

Brown ground beef in a large skillet, drain the grease and ad in the onion and peppers. Cook until onion and peppers are tender, Add taco seasoning and the water, stir well. Add the salsa, corn and strained pasta. Combine well and then add 3/4 cup of the cheese. Toss to combine well and pour into lightly greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
