Tuscan Chicken Bake 0 Picture


  • 6 boneless/skinless chicken breast pieces
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1-2 small zucchini, halved and sliced
  • 2-3 tsp Tuscan Sunset or Pasta Sprinkle
  • 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • rice or pasta (optional)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Place the chicken breasts in an ungreased 9 x 13 baking dish. Put the sliced onion and zucchini around the chicken. Sprinkle the Tuscan Sunset over the chicken and vegetables. Pour the tomato sauce and diced tomato over the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chick is cooked through. Pe4iodically baste the chicken with the pan juices so the tomato sauce doesn't cry out on top. While the chicken is baking, cook up some pasta or rice. Remove the chicken and vegetables to individual plates or a platter and toss the pasta or rice with the tomato sauce before serving.
