Ingredients
- Mushroom Cheese Sauce:
- 1 c. cooked long grain/wild rice
- 1 c. or more cooked, diced chicken
- 8-12 thin ham slices (6 1/2 " x 4 1/2" approx.)
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, sautéed
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix rice and chicken. Place heaping 1/4 c. in center of ham slices, roll up. Seam side down in 13" x 9" pyrex. Make sauce and spoon over ham rolls. Bake 15 minutes at 350 or until bubbly
