Ingredients

  • Mushroom Cheese Sauce:
  • 1 c. cooked long grain/wild rice
  • 1 c. or more cooked, diced chicken
  • 8-12 thin ham slices (6 1/2 " x 4 1/2" approx.)
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, sautéed
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Step 1

Mix rice and chicken. Place heaping 1/4 c. in center of ham slices, roll up. Seam side down in 13" x 9" pyrex. Make sauce and spoon over ham rolls. Bake 15 minutes at 350 or until bubbly
