  • Salsa
  • Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • (optional) 1/2 can of refried beans

Preparation

Step 1

Pour some salsa in skillet (cover bottom of pan). Heat some. Break eggs on top. (I used 4 for the 2 of us) Cover. When done to your liking, serve. Salt and pepper to taste.
This is fast and we liked it. One time we added about 1/2 can of refried beans to the salsa
