Pasta with Anchovy Ragu

  • 400 g of spaghetti
  • 400 g of anchovies
  • 500 g of tomato sauce
  • 4 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • Parsley (a handful)
  • Salt and peppe
  • Green olives
  • Capers
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved



Step 1

Fillet the anchovies and cut into small pieces. Chop the garlic finely and brown in oil; after a few minutes add the anchovies, cook for 5 minutes, add the tomato sauce and continue to cook for a further 20 minutes. A few minutes before removing from the heat add the salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Boil the spaghetti and dress with the anchovy ragù.
