Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. dried cooked peaches
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 whole eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Mix fruit, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Put in unbaked 9 inch pie crust. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the fruit. This makes a custard for the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
