Ginger Kabobs with Honey Mustard Sauce

- Pita bread cut into wedges
Make Sauce: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth. Place in Fantasia round dip bowl. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Make kabobs: Preheat oven to 350. Place cubed onions in a microwave container and microwave on full power until tender, about 2 minutes. To assemble kabobs, slice a pineapple chunk, cherry tomato, several pieces of cubed onion and one or two chunks of chicken on a skewer. Keep assembling until you have made 16 kabobs and used all of the ingredients. Place the kabobs on the Fantasia Bake 'n' Serve Tray. Baste with pineapple juice and sprinkle with ground ginger. Bake until chicken is done, about 20 minutes. When ready to serve, arrange kabobs in 3 of the crescent shape bowls and put pita bread wedges in last. Serve with the sauce.
