Sesame Green Beans

Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Tamari (or soy sauce)
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 pound green beans, steamed, sliced on a diagonal

Preparation
Step 1
Combine tamari, sesame oil, nutmeg and sesame seeds in a large skillet and heat. Add green onions and mushrooms and cook until softened. Add green beans and toss to coat. You may substitute zucchini or broccoli for the green beans.
