Ingredients

  • 3

    Tablespoons Tamari (or soy sauce)

  • 1

    teaspoon toasted sesame oil

  • 1/4

    teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1/2

    cup sesame seeds

  • 4

    green onions, sliced

  • 1/2

    cup sliced mushrooms

  • 1

    pound green beans, steamed, sliced on a diagonal

Directions

Combine tamari, sesame oil, nutmeg and sesame seeds in a large skillet and heat. Add green onions and mushrooms and cook until softened. Add green beans and toss to coat. You may substitute zucchini or broccoli for the green beans.
