  • 6 baking potatoes
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 3 cups shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and chop potatoes. Put potatoes into a large pot and just cover with water. Cook over medium high heat until potatoes are well done. (no crunch) Mash the potatoes and then add remaining ingredients and then season to taste.
