Ingredients
- 9 cups Rice Chex, Corn Chex or Wheat Chex
- 1 cup semi sweet of milk chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Put cereal in a large bowl and set aside.
In a small microwaveable bowl melt the chips, peanut butter and butter covered on high for 1 minute. Stir
Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth.
Stir in the vanilla.
Pour mixture over the cereal and stir until evenly coated.
Pour into a 2 gallon resealable plastic bag.
Add powdered sugar.
Seal the bag and shake until well coated.
Spread onto waxed paper to cool.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
