Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 32 (1 stack) ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tea salt
- 1/4 tea pepper
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teas mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Beat eggs. Add milk and crackers. Stir in onion and cheese. Add ground beef. Mix well. Shape into loaf.
Bake 30 minutes
While the loaf is baking, combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustart to make a topping. After 30 minutes, remove the meatloaf and spoon half the topping over it.
Return to oven for 10 minutes. Spoon the rest of the topping over meatload and return to oven for 5-10 more minutes.
