Beverage - Freezy Chocolate-Banana Shake

To make it Vegan use Almond milk in lieu of skim milk

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups fat-free milk or Almond milk Plain or Vanilla
  • 1 6-ounce container FF Vanilla yogurt (my fav is Chobani)
  • 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen*
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or Agave Nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Step 1: In a blender, combine milk, yogurt, frozen banana, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth and frothy.

Step 2 :
*Note: To freeze banana, peel and slice banana. Place banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with plastic wrap. Freeze about 1 hour or until firm.
