Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2/3 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoons mint extract
- 12 drops green food coloring
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 10 oz white chocolate chips
- green sprinkles

Preheat oven to 350
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars.
Add the eggs, salt, and mint, and food coloring, and mix well.
Add baking soda and flour and mix until combined.
Stir in chips.
Step 2
Drop by 2 TBS scoops onto an ungreased cookie sheet 2" apart. Dip tops of cookies into sprinkles and bake 8 minutes.
Allow to cool a few minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.
Store cooled cookies in an air tight container.
