Ingredients
- 5 ounces pizza dough, stretched round
- 1/4 cup cleaned split shrimp
- Handful of blueberries
- 1/4 cup caramelized white onions
- 2 tablespoons sliced dried tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Top the pizza dough with mozzarella, shrimp, caramelized onions, blueberries and dried tomatoes.
Add salt and pepper, then bake at 550 F for 5–10 minutes.
Cut the pizza into 8 slices and serve.
