MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE

Ingredients

• 1 Brownie Mix
• 3 TBS. Butter
• 1 oz. Semi sweet Chocolate chips
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 4 Egg Whites
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 3/4 Cup Flour
• 1/3 Cup Cocoa
• 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
• Dash of Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Bake the brownies as per package. When cool enough cut and press into a 9" pie plate leave semi thick.

FILLING:
Beat the egg whites. Set aside. Beat the butter, vanilla and sugar. Add the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add this mixture to the beaten egg whites. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour into the pie plate on top of the brownies, bake @ 350* for 35-40 minutes.
