Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

  • 1-12 oz.pk butterscotch chips
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans)
  • 1-8 ounce pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a saucepan, melt chips and butter; stir in the graham cracker crumbs and nuts. Press half into bottom of greased pan.

In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy, then beat milk, vanilla, & egg.
Mix well. Pour over prepared pan and place additional crumbs on top. Bake 25-30 mins. Cool and refrigerate.
