NO-MESS OMELETTES in a BAG

Remember to not boil on too high a heat, will melt the bag.

Ingredients

  • 1 freezer bag
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of omelette fillings of your choice – sausage, bacon, onions, mushrooms, peppers, etc
  • 1/4 cup of cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Crack eggs into the freezer quart sized bags.
Add fillings and cheese.
Seal bag and shake to scramble and mix the omelette.
Cook in GENTLY boiling water for 10-14 minutes.
