  • 1 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • zest lemon
  • i cup grated zucchini

Mix all ingredients, bake in loaf pan 350 degrees 40 minutes

Cover with glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp milk
