Pumpkin Pie Squares

Pumpkin Pie Dessert Squares

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup quick oats
• 1/2 cup butter
• Mix above until crumbly and press into engrossed 9x13 pan; Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes
• 2 cup pumpkin
• 13.5 oz can evaporated milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 1/4 tsp cloves
• Blend well, pour into crust and bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes
• 1/2 cup pecans
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp butter
• Combine and sprinkle over pumpkin filling; return to oven and bake 15-20 minutes until filling is set; Cool in pan on rack and cut into 2 inch squares.
