Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup butter
- Mix above until crumbly and press into engrossed 9x13 pan; Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes
- 2 cup pumpkin
- 13.5 oz can evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- Blend well, pour into crust and bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter
- Combine and sprinkle over pumpkin filling; return to oven and bake 15-20 minutes until filling is set; Cool in pan on rack and cut into 2 inch squares.
