- 1/3 c parmesan
- 1 lbs thinly sliced bacon, each strip, halved crosswise
- 2 tbls red pepper jelly
- Cayenne pepper for spinkling

Lay the crackers face up on work surface, scoop 1/2 tsp parmesan on each. Wrap each cracker with a piece of bacon so the seam side is on the bottom and cheese is covered as much as possible. Place crackers seam side down on a wire rake set over baking sheet. Bake until the bacon is golden and crisp about and hour. Meanwhile, whisk together the jelly with 1 tsp water in small bowl and microwave on high until warmed through and loose, about 30 seconds: add more water if necessary. When crackers are done, brush each with the jelly, sprinkle with the cayenne. Serve immediately.
