Luscious Lemonade Cake

Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 box moist lemon cake mix
- 1 small container vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 box powdered sugar plus 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 stick real butter
- 1/4 softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/4 tablespoon lemon juice

Step 1
Follow directions on cake mix for amount eggs, oil, water. add 1 small container vanilla yogurt( individual portion size). Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Pour cake into 2 round cake pans and follow directions on the box bake at 350 ; generally around 28 minutes. if your oven runs hot turn oven down to 325. you will smell cake as it gets done. you may also use 9x13; adjust time according to box directions.
Cool cake completely. For rounds dust off crumbs. Make frosting by creaming butter and cream cheese together. Add 2 cups powdered sugar at a time,alternating with small amount of milk. When you have a nice stiff frosting add lemon juice. If desired add food coloring to make a color. Frost and sprinkle with large white sugar.
