Ingredients

  • 3 large or 4 small ice cubes
  • 1 ripe banana, cut into thick slices
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup vanilla, banana or strawberry low fat yoghurt
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
